1:00 - 3:00 pm Volunteer, Sandra Hoke and Environmental Education Intern, Allison Palser, will be leading this program. Compost recycles your waste, and puts valuable nutrients back into your soil. Whether you're gardening in a pot or in a garden, you can use compost for your plants. Learn why compost is great for your plants, and leave with plans to build your own! A jug of compost tea will be raffled-off to class participants. This program will begin in the Nature Discovery Lab.
