Shangri La Volunteer, Sandra Hoke, and Environmental Education Intern, Allison Palser, will lead this program.  Flower pounding is described as "the art of hammering a flower until you have art."  All you need is a hammer, some flowers and paper or cloth.  The artistic possibilities are endless as well as beautiful.  Bring your own hammer, and the other materials will be supplied.  This program will take place in the Nature Discovery Lab.  9:30 - 11:30 am.  RSVP Required.  call 409.670.9799.
